Deep clean (prevent flashover)

With or without a dehumidifier, "insulation cleaning" is the number one priority. Use non-fibrous silk cloth with industrial alcohol to thoroughly clean the dust on the surface of insulators, insulation poles and arc-quenching chambers. In a lot of dust, this step can avoid 80% of flashover failures.

Lubrication system "broken off"

Don't apply new grease directly to old grease. Maintenance must first use cleaning agent to erase black, dry old grease, and then apply a thin layer of special low-temperature grease. Remember: the more oil, the better, too much is easy to absorb dust.
