For equipment stored (more than 6 months), before electrification: 1.Remove surface dust and dry insulation. 2.Manually operate 3-5 times to check whether the mechanical mechanism is flexible and whether the grease is dry. 3.Carry out the necessary power-on test of the secondary control loop.

Normally, our vacuum interrupters are extremely sealed. It is suggested that the power frequency withstand voltage test should be carried out every 1-3 years. If the withstand voltage does not pass, it means that the vacuum degree has dropped, and the arc-quenching chamber needs to be replaced in time.

1.Check energy storage status: Observe the panel instructions to confirm whether the motor has stored energy.

2.Check the closing coil: Measure whether there is a control voltage input at both ends of the closing coil.

3.Check the interlocking mechanism: confirm that the cabinet door is closed tightly, or whether the interlocking mechanism is in a locked state (protection against misoperation).

Depending on the product, standard products are delivered within 5-20 days, while special products are determined based on the completion of production time.

Standard payment terms: 30% advance payment by wire transfer, 70% final payment before delivery.

In case of malfunction during use, we will conduct a comprehensive inspection and analyze the cause according to the production process; for products that need to be replaced within the warranty period, LiQiang will replace the product with the same specification, and the replacement will enjoy the same rights as the original product.

The warranty period is 24 months after the goods leave the warehouse. All defective products within the warranty period can be returned for repair or replacement.
