1. After receiving a complaint, the team will promptly contact the customer to understand the situation and notify the quality department; 

2. Quality department colleagues will analyze the retained samples from the order; 

3. Provide the customer with an analysis report and a solution;

4. In some cases, the customer is required to provide defective samples to assist in locating the cause;
